Effective October 4, 2026
Your appointment is time set aside especially for you. We reserve space and a stylist to help you find your dream gown. If your plans change, please let us know so we can offer that time to another bride.
Please give more than 24 hours’ notice
To avoid the cancellation fee, please cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
A $100 cancellation fee applies when an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled appointment time.
How to cancel or request a new time
Call (513) 821-6000 or email info@lacebridalcouture.com. Include your name, the date and time of your appointment, and whether you would like to cancel or reschedule.
If you would like a new appointment time, our team can help you find an available opening. Please contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed.
