Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
This policy explains information handling for the Lace Bridal Couture website and the services linked or embedded here. For deletion requests, see Data deletion instructions below. For questions about your information, contact info@lacebridalcouture.com.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact our boutique or request an appointment, you may provide your name, contact details, appointment preferences, and any other information you include in your message or booking. We use those details to respond to your inquiry, arrange your visit, and provide the service you request.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information in an ordinary email or social media message.
Website and technical information
Website hosting and embedded service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and usage or error information to deliver and operate their services. Embedded services may also use cookies or similar technologies. Their processing and available choices are described in their own privacy notices.
Appointment booking
Our appointment page embeds a BridalLive scheduler. Information you enter in that scheduler is submitted through BridalLive to support your appointment with Lace Bridal Couture. Review any privacy notice and consent choices provided by the scheduler before submitting your information.
Instagram, Facebook, and embedded content
This website displays Instagram content through an Elfsight widget and links to our social media profiles. Loading or interacting with third-party content can allow the provider to receive technical information about your visit. Activity on Instagram or Facebook is also governed by Meta’s privacy policies and your account settings.
You do not need to connect your personal Instagram or Facebook account to Lace to browse this website. The current site does not provide a visitor Facebook or Instagram login. If you contact Lace through a social platform, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your message.
For provider information, see Elfsight’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy. If the site’s integrations change, this policy should be updated to describe the additional information and uses.
Service providers and outside links
Information needed to operate the website, communicate with you, or manage a requested appointment may be processed by the providers supporting those services. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law. Other websites linked here, including designer and social media websites, have their own information practices; this policy does not govern those sites.
Retention and your choices
How long information needs to be retained depends on the request or service involved and any applicable business, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. You can contact us to ask about information associated with you, request a correction, or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept to fulfill an existing transaction or a legal obligation.
Follow the Data deletion instructions below to make a request. You can also manage cookies in your browser and review privacy settings within the third-party services you use. Blocking third-party content may affect features such as appointment scheduling or the Instagram feed.
Data deletion instructions
You can request deletion of personal information held by Lace Bridal Couture, including information you have shared with us through Facebook or Instagram.
How to make a request
- Email info@lacebridalcouture.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
- Include your name and the email address or social media username associated with your interaction with Lace.
- Tell us which information you want deleted and how you shared it, such as an appointment request, email, or Instagram message. Include an approximate date if it will help locate the information.
Do not include your password, access tokens, payment card information, or copies of identity documents. If additional verification is needed to protect your information, we can discuss an appropriate way to verify the request.
Email a deletion requestWhat happens next
We will review the request, identify information within Lace’s control, and respond about the steps taken or any clarification needed. Deletion may be limited where records are needed to complete a transaction, meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, or resolve a dispute. You can use the same email address to ask about the status of your request.
A deletion request does not itself cancel an appointment, order, or contract. If you also want to change an appointment or order, please state that separately so we can discuss the available options.
Facebook and Instagram information
If your request concerns information shared with Lace through Meta services, identify the relevant Facebook or Instagram username and the interaction or content involved. The current website displays Instagram content through Elfsight and does not offer a visitor Facebook or Instagram login.
Deleting information held by Lace does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, information retained independently by Meta, or someone else’s posts. To manage information held by those services or remove app permissions you have granted, use the privacy and account controls in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Other service providers
For information held independently by a booking, social media, or other third-party provider, you may also need to submit a request directly to that provider. Tell us if your request concerns an appointment made through our BridalLive scheduler so we can identify the relevant boutique record.
